Leadership: Rector, Chair of Christian Formation, Children’s Ministry Coordinator, Youth Director, Contemplative Prayer Group Leader, Tuesday Bible Study, Daughters of the King.

Liaison to the Vestry: Rector

Purpose: To promote Spiritual Growth for Parishioners of all ages.

Description: The Chair works with Rector to plan yearly Adult Formation offerings.  Rector and/or Chair may appoint a committee to help with planning and implementation of these events.  Chair checks in with groups related to Adult Formation and reports quarterly to the Vestry.  Rector meets regularly (separately) with the Children’s Ministry Coordinator and Youth Director.  Children’s Ministry Coordinator and Youth Director report quarterly to the Vestry.  Sub-Committees in Children’s and Youth Ministry may be appointed as needed.

SUB-COMMITTEES

Children’s Ministry, Youth Ministry, and Adult Formation may form ad-hoc sub-committees to help with their ministries as needed.

 

Centering Prayer

Centering Prayer is a receptive method of silent prayer. It does not replace other means of prayer but adds depth and meaning to all prayer.   We continue our practice on December 5, 12, and 19 from 6:30 to 8:00pm in the Guild Room. Join us!
