The Mustard Seed is All Saint’s Thrift Shop, serving the Portland community since the 1970’s. Its name, “Mustard Seed,” comes from Jesus’ parable of the mustard seed, something starting small and growing to be the biggest of all, and represents ‘faith.”
The shop offers good merchandise at bargain prices, that are often well below other thrift shops in the area. In addition to adult clothing and shoes, we stock collectables, jewelry, books, records and tapes, and some household and small furniture items.
The Mustard Seed is located in the lower level of the church building. It may be entered by the stairs to the right of the church’s main entrance. It is open every Friday and Saturday from 11:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. The shop is managed by Mikki Wooldridge and a staff of volunteers. Behind the scenes work happens on Thursdays (sorting, cleaning, organizing, pricing.) The all-volunteer staffed Mustard Seed Thrift Shop provides income for All Saints and its community outreach programs. For more information about the Mustard Seed and/or volunteering, please contact Mikki Wooldridge at 503-235-0277.
